About the Authors
Hello, Air Fryer fans! We’re Luke and Amy, the dynamic duo behind AirFryerGourmet.com! We fell in love with the Air Fryer when we moved into our tiny apartment in San Diego and had to figure out how to make meals without an oven, dishwasher, or much counter space!
We started this blog to share some of our ideas, quick meal recipes, and Luke’s beautiful foody photos.
Our go-to model is the Ninja Foodi dual basket, one of the bigger models, but remember, we don’t have an oven! If your Ari Fryer is an addition to a kitchen with most of the usual accouterments, you may not want to sacrifice the space for two baskets. No judgment here! One-basket models are capable of creating wonders too!
